Due to me wanting to get my Cooper Si back on the road, the Passat has to go
1996 passat B4 1.9TDi saloon (90 BHP IZ engined)
Good bits
MOT Oct, Tax till end of the month,
128k, towbar,
weitec suspension (coilies on the front, shocks and lowering springs on the rear), rides really nice on them
Cambelt service was done in April and its got a big service history.
Its got central locking, electric windows, electric tit and slide sunroof, power steering
Cracking cheap to run daily (i'm averaging 55MPG and the pump is veg friendly)
17x7.5 Audi RS4 replica alloys with good tyres (lots of tread
Bad bits
The arches are a bit frilly under GT arches but it looks presentable
1 of the rear windows doesn't work (common on passats) and the central locking doesn't work on the boot
it needs a pair of rear discs
the front tyres rub the arch liners occasionally on roundabouts
Price, with the alloys, £650, on the stock 14" steels £500
