Just did a search to find this again. I will report back with the lowest offset 4x100 steels I can find.
...mmm ok, not much choice in 15". The brand new Astra has et31 but they won't be cheap. Lots of choice if you're willing to wobble bolt a Fiat 4x98 though.

I've no idea and never bothered checking.
I could always just look and measure the stocks on the car but every time I set a foot outside it starts raining :/
