Hey all
My daily is playing silly buggers lately, and i'm starting to lose patience (and money!) with it.
The starter solenoid doesn't disengage once the engine is running. I've replaced the solenoid/starter unit, and the ignition barrel, already and i'm still getting the same result- a continuously running solenoid (nasty sound). If I disconnect the positive wire which runs into the solenoid it stops howling once the engine is running, but as as I have to pop the bonnet to start the car, it's pretty embarrassing having to start it from the outside!
1994 Fiat Cinquecento SX 998cc. I've heard that this has been a problem on many other cars too.
Any ideas on this?
Cheers
