I have a 1975 SWB Mitsubishi Model J26 Jeep.
It's getting difficult to change down into 2nd so I'm looking for someone who will take on the necessary work.
The engine is a 2.4 Ltr ASTRON 4G53 and the box a KM140/141 4 speed both original Mitsubishi.
I don't know whether the problem is with the linkage from the column change or in the box e.g. worn selector fork or synchromesh, etc.
If it means the box is swapped for something else that's not a big issue.
If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate hearing from you,
