Looking good mate welll done.Welcome to the Blown zetec powered GM club.If you need any zetec s bits theres one sitting outside the workshop? Cheers Fellas Has it got the exhaust on it ? I need a manifold I think my Trackday hopes of the 25th Nov might now be a little optimistic.... I made the fatal mistake of having a poke around on a rusty sill Looks like the last repair did not replace the inner sill where the bottom section had rotted out and just had an outer tacked on over the top So I have it mostly cut out now, next week will be spent letting in new Metal I think... New Fuel lines are run for feed and return this week And the Manta A axle is now painted,in and its currently sat on its bumpstops..... ;D Its awaiting the new polybushes that should turn up today. With the "New Mini" alloys on it it looks superb as the arches are down over the wheels In true "Foose" style and the wheels still turn, but being 15" rims with 65 section tyres the arches are filled to bursting ;D The beauty of coilovers on the rear is that I`ll be able to replicate that for real ;D I`ll get some pics up later

what PCD is BMW Mini? I had seen some rims on one which I liked and thought would owrk on several retro ride ideas I had. I'm assuming they are 4x100?

irekon black with a dimond cut rim would work well on them Yep could do Some pics of the progress Manta A axle cleaned up and ready for trial fit Swap Panhard mtg over to suit the Kadett First coat of paint and its mounted The dampers are the original Manta ones....... soon to be replaced by GAZ coilovers And finally the Grot Just about see the middle panel that should go all the way down to the edge at the bottom with the outer sill then fitting over the top of that I`ll make the repair panels up and weld them in, then I have a pair of complete sills and some other panels coming from Hadrians so the weldathon can commence Got the fuel lines in though ;D Well while the tunell is empty it seemded rude not to ;D Some lower ones to follow later Cheers Dom

Wonder if there is any link between personality type and what colour you paint your axle? (Mine was black BTW) So what ET and centrebore are those Mini/MINI/whatever wheels then?

Just didnt want Black....... Was going to do all the chassis and suspension components in a Light "Machinery" Grey like dove grey....... wanted something subtle, this silver is OK..... didnt want to go lairy blue or red or yellow or anything thats a bit too euro for my liking ;D Ideally it would have been Gunmetal/dark grey but finding that as a brush on was proving a little difficult ;D
