Is anyone else going to mini in the park at silverstone this weekend? I'm going shopping for some bits for my fiances mini and my mates taking his mini advantage along, looks like it could be a good show. If anyone else is going along and wants to meet up just p.m me and we can sort something out. www.miniinthepark.co.uk/

Me and my g/f would go but 15 quid each is too much.
Recently rebuilt her mini for her so shes well into her minis! Kind of understandable with the price of ownership/parts/mods etc.

Kind of understandable with the price of ownership/parts/mods etc. exactly right its my fiances first car so I need to get it ready before she passes her test, fortunatly my mate pre booked our tickets for us so it works out a little cheeper but £30.00 for two people is a little steep when you consider £6.00 a car at JAE

Well I've got a bit of a list but here goes (deep breath).... engine gasket set and gearbox parts(syncros/bearing etc) because the gearbox case is cracked and it jumps out of gear, I've already got a new case but we want to freashen everything up while it's stripped down. Boot lid, distributor (1993 cooper?) locking fuel cap, wheel arch set (nothing too large just slightly over standard) Side mirrors, Headlight surrounds, Door skins, Door cards/interior panels, Dash panel if cheap (possibly making this as we already have three cream clocks in pod) seat cross member (we're fitting metro gta seats so I need to modify an original cross member to hold the rear of the seats) and lastly a rear spot light for the boot. when we bought the car it had a stage one kit with full stainless system and new adjustable suspenion all round, so far all we've done is source and fit a mk2 bonnet and early wavey grill and get everthing ready for me to start work on it in a couple of weeks (lucky me) ;D

Is it the rear fixing spotlight that bolts through the boot or bottom fixing that fixes to the bumper? if its the rear fixing type and it's in good nick I might be interested for the right price. any Photos? cheers.
