Keep up the good work everyone! Well I'm almost ready, got a few little things to finish but importantly I only need to refurb the wiper arms and install then I'm ready for MOT :-) Spot the difference

Well I'd say that my run up to RR11 deadline was pretty tight, with a few 2-3am stints, finally getting the MOT on the Saturday morning before the cars first ever run - the trek up to Prescott. I've set RR12 as the deadline for current project, currently doing a bit of wiring .. Then it's just fix the holes in the roof and the floor, re-trim the interior, maybe a camper conversion and full respray, wheels, a 3" lift, twin tank veg conversion....... etc etc See you there - cant wait!

Still working on mine at the moment.... Plumbed in the new wiper with integrated washers: Might plumb the wiper piping better in the future prob through a hole next to wiper. Got these KW V'3 to fit: Along with the new front wishbones though I am chasing up some new front top mounts & rear bushes & some bolts for the suspension etc at the moment. Then fit/secure the battery box in the boot....& MOT time Also have some polished BBS RS wheels to rebuild with Gold centres. nothing show standard but look ok.

Mine's not arrived yet - and work can't start in earnest until July because of funding issues.
It'll be a fun 6 weeks, anyway...

Got the Jetta back home on Wednesday after 6 months building it back up in a rented unit. Still got a few bits to sort before its MOT time. The plan is to be at my first gathering in my first retro ;D. For now, here is a little teaser...
