I am looking at a 4000sq ft monster of a warehouse/barn/workshop with a view to starting an east mids "area 52" type thing, it`s only about 10 miles from oakham out on the a47 heading towards leicester, if your intrested your looking at £20/£25 per week. Pm me for more details.

Still interested, I'm near Bourne and Stamford but could stretch to Peterborough if anything comes up. Ideally storage, but working would be a benefit if not essential for me, I have a small garage for that at the moment. Thanks y'all.
