Spotted a T reg Mazda 323 RWD in Bridgwater, in french blue with what the looked like the orginal owner driving it Was in pretty mint condition, nearly stopped & asked if she'd sell it ;D Anyone's granny have one?

Hope you got out of Bridgwater alive bud, there are some cracking ole lady specials around these parts. My fave is a couple of senior officers in the grey army who smoke about in a Rover 100 with the plate YOD4 on it... You can see the trail of number plate dealers following, patiently waiting for them to pull into that final parking space.

i had a black 1.4 sp then a mint silver sp back in 1987 and (cue abuse) were a far better drive than a mk2 escort was i havent seen one in years and would ahve another if i could find a tidy 79 metallic black sp, black wheels with the chrome rings

this one is mine .... its currently a work in progress installing ... twice the engine capacity, over 3 times the power, twice the amount of rubber on the road at the rear end and whole load of headaches. Looking forward to it being done though.

I assume you've got that frame work there to put a monster scatter shield on? having seen a few vids of rotarys popping the flywheel I would heartily recommend as thicker shield as you can.
