	Afternoon everyone, This is potentially against the rules, but I know this is the friendliest place on the web and it is vehicle related! I've been working on my bike in the garage but have reached a point where I need some welding done and it's immobile Is there anyone who could come and tack together an exhaust for me? it's literally attaching a mounting strap to 2 straight tubes, all in stainless. However, the big problem is I have no power within 50m and even less budget... I can get it finished off at work, but it needs tacking in situ really. I'm happy to help out with labour in return if that's of interest. this is the bike and job in question: cheers, Tony

	cheers Andy, don't even have a second car battery, let alone welding rods... nice idea though, will remember that. Think I'm going to mark up everything well, bring it in for tacking, take it home for test-fit and adjustment, then bring it back in for finishing off.

	It's a shame you're not nearer to me, I've been scrouging batteries for weeks now! I was hoping you'd try it out and see if it really works, then I could do it without fear of being blown up! ;D
