Looking to sell or swap / px for something interesting / sporty / convertible...
It's a 2001 51 (so hopefully not too new for here) 2.0 Ghia X saloon in black with the following spec (I didn't know Ford did so much until I got this!):
17" Alloys
ABS
Full black leather in superb condition
Heated front seats
Electric driver's seat
Digital climate control
Cruise control
6 CD changer
Factory TV screens in headrests and a video (yes, VCR!) player in the boot, although we've plugged in a portable DVD as there's composite connections between the front seats
Quick clear windscreen
Electric heated mirrors
Electric windows
Electric sunroof
Full closure / opening off remote locking
Front fogs
The car has MOT until November 2012 and tax until June 2012.
The only major negative is a scuff on the front bumper which isn't too bad. Also the front number plate is damaged which was an advisory on the MOT. It is also an ex company car so has covered 185k according to the speedo... however the seats certainly don't indicate this, there is absolutely no rust anywhere nor bad body damage. There is stamped history to 120k and the previous owner had it serviced by a local garage subsequently which I have no reason to disbelieve given that it was a company car (he owns a lettings company and I removed all of the vinyl graphics from the car so know this to be true).
It drives really well, and importantly absolutely everything works!
So that's it... high mileage but I would drive this anywhere and it always starts first time.
As mentioned looking for offers on the asking price or a swap for something like an Audi A4, Golf GTI or a convertible of some sort?
