That's impressive. Talking of non BMW engined e30s - A red one drove past work earlier. It was insanely loud but sounded like a rotary not a straight 4/6. Sounded superb.

It does look very well finished. Though, fopr me (and its a very, verry small issue) I'd want it ever so slightly lower at the back/higher at the front.
Still, better than owt I've turned my hand to thus far...

Doesn't look like an SR motor. I think that's a KA24...? Yeah it is, it's a high port one like 180SX' had. I look like it's been installed at a very odd angle. A few years ago I actually bought a black E30 2 door with a view to putting my SR20DET in it but had a change of heart later and sent it over the bridge (318 with a blown engine so not exactly desirable!). I figure it must be a good combo though. |
