How much value will this star power add to the price of this old sh1pper?
There has been a black Saab 9000 on eBay several times advertised as once belonging to Sting. It's a fair car but they seem to think that the fact that they're saying Sting owned it means it's worth a lot more. Not sure I totally agree with that and nobody else seems to either, hence for sale over and over again.

He pushed that down a bloody quarry in front of millions of viewers, but he did say "you've never let me down". So we know it's reliable.

I opened this thread thinking 'If it's not KITT, I'm not interested'. Unfortunately Cain Dingle's E28 hasn't changed my mind.
When I win the lottery, I'll be driving KITT, the A-Team van, and Colt Sever's pickup on alternate days ;D

hmm you'd have to get it checked out carefully if Dingle has had their hands on it. I've got the original bonnet top of the Triumph Herald 1360 that was in last of the summer wine. The are was restored in the early 00's and the bonnet was rotten apart from the top, so to cut costs they got another bonnet rather than trying to rebuild the original one. Aparently the guy who owned the it when it first appeared on TV, didn't know it had been used as he had lent the herald to one of the film crew. The first he knew was when he saw it on TV www.classic-auctions.com/Auctions/13-04-2011-ThePavilionGardens-1289/1970TriumphHerald1360Convertible-32892.aspx

A friend of mine has a 1997 Granada Scorpio Cosworth that used to belong to one David Beckham. It has all the paperwork to verify, even the old logbook registered to Manchester United with details of his personalised plate, which I think was BEX 10 at the time. He had just started dating Posh Spice when he had this.
Apparently my mate has looked for her knickers down the back the seat, but I said he's wasting his time as Beckham could easily afford a hotel room.
He was thinking of selling it, but I reckon it's probably not worth much. £1000 or so?
