Identical to my old one,you may find it's an SA or sports altered model meaning aluminium doors and bonnet . Doesnt make a huge difference but maybe worth checking with a little magnet!!! You know they won't rust then either!!! On another note these are awesome machines and so reliable. As Clarkson said they make hondas look unreliable!!!!

Cheers Vaughant - I don't understand why it hasnt sold yet - is it too expensive? Its a non molested example, sounds and goes great, and as you say, they are very reliable! I think they won the JD car survey for several years running iirc! LOL @ PS

LOL @ PS I don't think so,I sold mine last year to a mate for £1500 and mine was m reg and not as pretty as that one but sadly right now thirsty cars (which these can or can't be) aren't selling well due to costs of people trying to save a few £££ on fuel plus these can be expensive to insure, although in my opinion cos of their exceptional reliability,4wd and the fact they hold quite a bit of stuff it's surprising how practical they are and actually how much sense they make as a daily driver. Just Market conditions right now really, only very small engined cars with pas seem to be moving.

Hi Mike
I could be interested in a deal - can you pls tell me what the mileage is, and when the cambelt was last done and if you have any history?
What sort of deal would you be after?? (id only be looking to sell it on so it has to be worth my while if you know what i mean! - id be looking at offering you closer to trade then retail value but don't mind helping out a fellow retro-rider shift their motor if it helps!

Hi Kaz. Jeeeeepers creepers.....just got an insurance quote. Moneysupermarket isn't quite as "EPIC" as it think it is....they want £1300. don't think i can really justify that. I know a few non-rr people who maybe interested so i will send them the link. Sorry to mess you about, and thanks for the help in trying to shift mine. May just have to be a Turbo 2000 to get then

Yeah - something like this i'd be looking at specialist insurers - moneysupermarket and the like arent really ideal for cars like this.
