Yep they're about again and a sure sign the nights are drawing in People who drive around with front fog lights on ...when it's not foggy! ...why? Is it the membership 'sign' for some strange club or Religion ? Or perhaps an extension of ones 'manhood'! Sorry, but just felt need to share my mad ramblings/rant with you!

Front or rears or both - pisses me right off
Fronts - it's not like they produce much usable light on the front as they are designed to be close to the road and illuminate just ahead of the car below the fog
Rears - "If I have my rear fog light on it brighter so therefore I won't be hit up the back"
WTF cos you got your twatting fog light on the difference in brightness from tail to brake light is completely negated by you freeeking fog lights you muppet!!!
Manufacturers miss a trick as far as I am concerned
- the put the switches where you can't see they are on - Allow the switches to stay on after the ignition is turned off
etc etc etc

^ Excellent points with regard to the manufacturers. Older Fords are favorites for the rears - switch for the rear fogs is on the right hand side low down on the dash - the number of times I've got out of my car and walked up to the window, tapped on it and said turn your fog lights off please - I'm then asked how!!! How many times is it foggy per year anyway I hate the muppets who use em at the slightest sign of drizzle and when there is snow on the ground!!!!! I don't bother telling people about the fronts cos they are normally curse word anyway - Know they are on - Want them on - Don't give a curse word that they blind oncoming drivers I just go to main beam and stay their till I am past!

The fact its illegal seems to pass most people by, including coppers? :/ When the last time you've seen a traffic car - they've all been replaced with cameras!! Mind you the cameras have a better sense of humor but the desrection level is pretty much the same (local plod in pandas never bother with traffic stuff too busy dealing with all the other wibblepoo)

I've driven in quite a few countries where you'll be lucky if somebody dips full beam when they're coming the other way... Let alone switch off some fog lights. It does grip my sh*t though.
"They make my car look hard." Best retort I ever heard to asking why he had his fog lights on. Right.

And as the nights roll in we get the manufacturer built-in annoyance of really, really, really bright Xenons on luxury 4x4s blinding you in the rear view mirror!
The foglight people are just bell ends but the Xenon brigade wind me up, some of them are nearly as bright as foglights!

Especially if your car is low and there lights are the same height as your eyes. Blinded many a time by tw*ts like that
