I'm after selling/swapping my e36 318is (1.9 16v) Coupe
Details:
Year: 1996
MOT: Sept 2012
Tax: End March 2012
Mileage: 152k
Bought recently with bent bonnet and smashed windscreen where the bonnet came up. I've swapped a few bits to oem to make it look a lot better. I was going to keep this as a daily since I sold my E30 last year (this was its replacement).
Things to mention:
Silver bonnet, bought as replacement for the bent red one, it opens, closes and latches as it should, but it has a small dent on the front (function over form). I was going to Matt Black it to match the mirrors and then do the kidney grills too?
Rear arches are ok, they've been worked on in the past, not ideal but look ok in passing.
Boot has rusty badge area, not sure about a repair but could be replaced easy enough, carry on the matt black theme?
Brake pad light is on but its just the sensor missing, I'll try and get it replaced asap.
And thats about it really, its not a minter, but it works well and could look great with a bit of tidying up.
The reason I'm selling the car is that my wife just gave birth and despite my previous thoughts, a coupe isnt ideal for the baby seat.
So, I'm interested in 4 door things, safe 4 door things, reliable safe 4 door things ideally which have similar tax and MOT. To sell, I'd be looking £600ono which I think is fair.
