Last week I lost someone very close to me who was pretty much responsible for a massive part of my car 'education' growing up and it's through him that my love of older cars and developed over the years. From a very young age, before I could walk or talk properly he had me at car shows riding beside him in his 100e and teaching me what each and every car was on the show field that weekend. That was how I spent just about every childhood summer and it was on those days that I was in my absolute element and they will be memories that I cherish until my dying days.
In later years his rides of choice were a selection of 105e's and so this thread I suppose is a tiny dedication to that and although our tastes varied wildly (he was a stickler for originality) I think he was proud and pleased that he managed to pass on a small part of his knowledge and a huge part of his passion for old cars. So yeah, a bit soppy for a simple picture thread, but these cars will always mean a lot to me. Enjoy.
The final one isn't the flashest, it isn't the fastest and it's not worth the most, but it was his pride and joy and therefore to me it's the most special. Rest in Peace.
