Check it out ;D They came with tyres for a good price but someone had painted the centres black... HOWEVER with a bit of sponged wet sandpaper and some effort, they came up pretty nicely I think, back to their former glory! muchos.co.uk/members/kyteler/SSR Long Champ Post _ Pre-Clean 02 (small).jpg[/img] mmmm, SSR Long Champs

Those're rather nice. To be honest, don't mind the black either. ;D

Very nice, especially the polished ones. (Not unlike a certain kind of eight spoke steel I know of! ;D)

Glad you folks approve, I somehow knew you would ;D The black centres would be OK if the person who done it, had done it properly, but it was unfortunately very half-arsed and it's taking a while longer to get the stupid grinder marks out of the other one. I'll give it another few hours with the slightly rougher sandpaper tomorrow. Here's a more frontal image which helps show the difference a little better. muchos.co.uk/members/kyteler/SSR Long Champ Post _ Pre-Clean 01 (small).jpg[/img]
