Hi can anyone tell me the id and od of copper brake pipe please....
I'm fitting a flush filler cap and it's mounting cut out from one bike petrol tank to another and need something to join the overflow pipes up....
I need a 6mm id connecting pipe....and looks like it will need a near 90 degree bend in it so thinking copper for it's malleableness....
Or any other ideas otherwise it will be stainless or mild steel I guess...prefer flexibility though
Cheers in advance

why not use 8mm nylon pneumatic pipe. that has a bore of 6mm,, infinitly flexible, and fuel proof

Atmo V8 Power . No slicks , No gas + No bits missing . Doing it in style. Austin A35van, very different------- but still doing it in style, going to be a funmoble

Is it the same as fuel pipe that I can pull off a carb at a breakers or get a metre off at a car accessory shop or is it better?

Probably the same stuff, may be slightly thicker wall, if its stiff to put over the pipe, warm the end up with hot water, and perhaps a light smear of Vaseline in the hard pipe,

Oo err sounds a bit rude...lol
But obviously the tighter the better so I don't get a permanent fuel leak....
