SPARES OR REPAIR
Picked this up today, haven't got the heart to scrap it, but i'm not going to hold onto it forever, so it has a limited time on this earth, or its goingto get crushed.
Its a 1995 built Mitsubishi FTO 2.0 V6 GR Semi Automatic, registered in this country in 2000.
Its in black, it starts, it stops and it drives. Drove it back from the guy we bought it from, travelled 8 miles with no fuss.
Mileage is 155,000 KMPH, which is around 96,000 miles, so well below for the year.
I have the logbook, traders section already filled out.
It has one key, it has NO mot and NO tax.
Overall condition isn't bad, has a few blemishes, mostly on the exhaust, the system is missing from the CAT back, there was a problem so the previous owner removed the exhaust and stuck it in the boot.
A few small rust spots where the paint has been chipped, but nothing horrendous.
Rear light lense has a corner missing, rubber strip that sits outside the passenger door at the top is missing, passenger front seat needs bolting back down, centre console needs screwing back down.
Stone chips on the front where the bumper rises up to meet the bonnet.
Car can be driven, but obviously as half the exhaust is missing, its a little rumbly.
I'm not your mum, so how you get it away is your business, though obviously i'd reccomend that you trailer it away.
Car was VIC checked in 2005.
Thats it, not much else to say, either do it back up, or break it up for a wealth of spares, I don't really care.
I don't want to see it scrapped, but if it doesn't go quickly, thats exactly whats going to happen to it.
Its located in Radstock which is near Bath and Bristol, price is £350 or very near offer, and QUICK collection would be appreciated.
