I have a small but secure workshop in Sutton and am looking to share on a 50/50 basis. There is room for 1 car each inside and 2 or 3 cars outside on concrete hard-standing. There is water and electricity. It is in a quiet location and surrounding tenants keep an eye on things. Cost would be £150 PCM each. I am currently renting alone and cannot justify the expense. i'm not far from you, i'm near to worcester park. is it a short term deal or are you looking for a long term partner? i need to do some work on my classic and need somewhere with power whilst i do some bodywork (not noisey, not messy and i'm as quiet as a mouse). i would have my work done in a couple of months.
maybe we could come to some agreement??

I'm very interested in this i have just had a big smash in my cortina and need somewhere to move it from aldershot, I'm off on tour soon so could put cash down for a few months rent possibly.
