The Exterior maintains its standard looks bar the ride height and alloys, its has original black (non painted) front kidney grills. Its a non sunroof model and has had a custom paint job on the roof which is black. SE colour coded skirts.
The interior is a nice and comfy place to be in with its fully adjustable seats and much needed armrest, everything works and lights up as it should, heating is spot on via the digital controls.
The engine on this is superb, no rattles or bangs just a very very well maintained engine which tbh has been pushed to the limit (by the previous owner) but always serviced straight after, I had the car dyno'd in December and its pushing 200.8bhp which says alot about the engine after nearly 150000 miles. 192/3bhp is the actual figure put out there but will push to 200 if running right. The car needs to be driven to really understand the power this has, pulls hard and fast in every gear and does not struggle over 4000rmp as most iv been told do and is soooo smooth in every gear its unbelievable.
Handles really really well on the coilovers, the car was taken around the Nurburgring last year on this set up was told it performed faultlesly, very precise and acurate steering, Seriously needs to be driven to understand the performance and the way it handles.
A few negatives..
The front bumper and bonnet are stonechiped heavily and my plan was to get a front end respray or source bumper and bonnet to replace.
A couple of rust spots on the drivers and passengers door, again these were planned for a swap. Rear arches are starting to rust.
Do not expect 'mint' bodywork/paint, it is still very very presentable and comes up tidy when clean, see cheesy photo with reflection which also shows the rust on passengers door by chance.
Passenger side wing mirror cover missing (inside)
Glove box lock not fixed on (kept in the ashtray) but opens/closes fine with it.
328i boot bagde had been removed and has left an outline.
A few reasons for selling. We are expecting our 2nd child in April and currently have 2 cars so I decided to sell this and keep the wifes A-class what with it being the more 'practical' car.
Another reason is loving e30's and have done for the past 7-8 years and having swapped my old e30 for this thinking its time for change I realised no car but an e30 is for me, the e36 is by far the better car overall as a daily but its not for me, So if you have an e30 and you fancy a swap get in touch, 325i coupes or cabs only.
Pm me or call 07903-369-410, leave voicemail if no answer.
