Hello all,
Just a quick question, before I start taking wheels etc off, do I need any special tools to replace the discs on my W126?
Like a hub mounted in front etc?
Cheers Onne

I don't know if it's the same but I did the front discs on my W201 in about 1/2hr using nothing more than your average tools kit.

the front discs mount to the inside face of the hub, so you will have to take it off, then the discs are held on with M12 (i think) allen head bolts. When ive done it I mount the hub + disc back on to the wheel and use the tyre to react againt the wrench as the bolts are torqued up quite high.

That sounds like a pain... Might be tempted to get someone else to do that...
