Braved the cold today and set off early for the 2 hour drive up to bedford way to see some dragging action at santa pod!!!
Was a brilliant day, not quite as busy as usual, but it was the first of the year, and i guess i haven't been much since money got bad, and it's affecting everyone!!!
It was also strange watching not racing, but i gave my new camera a whirl, still only point and click, but a lot better haha, unfortunately my skills arent though!

one of the first cars out was a rover 75 driven by an old guy in a shirt and jumper, it got a roar from the crowd
thunderbirds are go! don't know if this was T5 or D5 but went ok!

surely an a6 estate is still an expensive car? this one was matte blacked, INCLUDING the windows, with rattle cans
