Need a rad for my Triumph, into which I'm dropping a BMW M52 engine.
Got a 22 inch wide, 13 high and 2 inches deep hole, anyone know of a rad, that'll fit and keep a 2.5L BMW cool?
Or know of a source of info on rad sizes, most breakers around my area, don't like people crawling around thier yards with tape measures!
Thanks

I saw your build thread, should be an excellent conversion. Wouldn't a 1.6/1.8 E36 radiator fit in that gap? The header tank might be a bit fatter than 2" but the rest of it is quite slimline. I guess as a bonus the shroud might be right for the engine too.

My problem (one of many, says the girlfiend!) is I doubt that I'll have room between the front panel and the engine, even if I take off the viscous drive.
So I think I'll have to mount in front of the panel, in the nose cone, which limits my choices! However I think you may be right, a E30 rad is the right size to fit in the nose cone, may have put a hole in the panel for the top hose!
Ideal solution is use the Triumph rad..........just dreaming.
