Sounds like a 300C or possibly a QX.
300C is more stylish (if you like that sort of thing) and RWD. QX is a big well built well spec'd car and propbably the better vehcile of the two for what it was. But its FWD.

with the help of you, al, a NZ mate in work, and google, i have decided its a 300c/cedric and its naff looking! still possibly getting it but no word back yet from seller, altho gf talks plenty ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) looking at a free rover 820si in green needing 2 tyres for the mot tomorrow afternoon. and for the actual point of the thread, to keep me legal (not as deviated into me being a dealer from now on lolol), if all goes to plan i'll get a 98 hyundai accent with 8 months mot and 2 months tax for the bright side of £150 tomorrow morning. 2nd newest car EvAr and a floopin bargainious price
