Tax: SORN MoT: December 2012 Mileage: 120k A car I bought and as much as I love it, have decided it needs to go, as it spends most of its time sat on my drive doing nothing other than looking pretty. It's a six-speed Veloce model (skirts and teledial alloys) with grey leather interior (pretty much unmarked) and is standard in just about every way. Well maintained, with all the belts done last year by its previous fastidious owner. Bad bits: Heavy clutch - it's certainly not got worse in the last two years, slightly scuffed rear bumper, SORN'd for no other reason than I have too many cars. Good bits:Nice paint, no bent panels, tight and unmarked interior and exterior, excellent steering, and very rapid Sum up:A good, honest, unmolested Alfa. With an engine to die for... £700ono, or preferably swap for something interestingly classic/retro with an AROnline flavour.

*ponders what the 114 Cabriolet is actually contributing to the fleet, really*
That engine is beautiful. All cars should have engines that look like that.

It's horribly tempting - particularly with the six-speeder, I hadn't realised it was a six-speed one. The four-door thing isn't me; if I was 20 again with kids I'd probably kill for something like this as my "practical" car.
Admittedly, when I was in that position, I had an Audi 90 quattro - and ended up with an Astra Estate 'cause the 90's boot was too small for the stupid big-wheeled pushchair. (Hence, I'd definitely have killed for something like the Alfa, which has a huge boot!).

I'm giving this one a bump, as I can't believe it's been overlooked. £700 for a great chassis, stylish body, incredible V6 and in a fairly young and attractive high-spec car in good nick! What's wrong with people
