My pressure line has failed on my PAS system, Saab want £130! might have to bite the bullet if its not sorted before monday!
Anyone know of a good company to use in Nottingham?
Any help/info appreciated.

i allways use small bore copper gas pipe or similar with olive fittings ect of the same bore if it's the high pressure side if it's the return just replace it with some rubber hose, i use injection hose cos i have rolls of it laying about, done quite a few coil sprung front transits this way cos they have a problem with wearing through the pipes on the Xmemeber.

I would PM dickdarstedly. He can recreate hoses like your existing items but I understand that requires your hose to work off as a pattern for the new item.

you cant repair it because of the pressures involved i had one do this on my gm900,,,i just got my local hydraulic bods to make me a new one (pirtek i think it was) half the price of a replacement from the saab specialists,,,if you need one google "neo bros" sabs is there thing and they have loads of 2nd tested saab parts

Yeah tried quicksteel metal tank repair and its p!ssed out everywhere!
Will try a local specialist and Dickdastardly first, Neo bros ask top dollar usually.
