I have asked this question in lots of places and had no reply, so thought I'd ask here.
Does anybody know the distance between the Track control arm inner points on a Capri crossmember?..
Cheers
Paul

Do you mean the lower arm mounts? (the other end of the bit with the balljoint - the track control arm mounts through the middle of this rather than onto the xmember) If so I can find out tomorrow.

To get a standard A40 this low, you'd have to dig a hole to put it in

Hi M8, I'm after where the TCA mount onto the crossmember... If you've got a Capri handy to measure, could you measure the distance across the strut tops aswell?.. Below is a Mk2 Escort Crossmember with the 591mm measurement Cheers Paul

Yeah, that's what i thought you meant. I'll take a tape measure to the spares pile in the morning and report back.

Well my car measures 650mm, so I'm going to have to take the boots off the rack & measure that. It could explain the weird handling at 60 odd mph...
