It's really quite odd as it's fine when cold then once the car heats up it'll not go from 4th to 5th without forcing it. It'll then got 5th to 6th no problem.
I had a look at the linkage and it goes 1-2 then moves up for 3-4 then moves up again for 5-6. It's this last step up that causes the issues.
I stripped it back and checked for anything obvious then soaked it all in wd40 and it did loosen up but then again it was cold so wasn't showing the problem. I've not had a chance to take it out for a blast since to get it up to heat since.
