I've got a 93 corsa td that isn't charging from what i can tell - 11.5v across batt when car off, same when idling and raising by about .5v when revved (when car cold).
i've replaced the alt and it's still the same, inspected the charge relay and it looks to be in good nick, nothing burnt/corroded etc.
anyone got any ideas or know anything about these? or what i could try testing?
even better if you're local and could take a looks, paid of course.

I'd check that it isn't a bad engine to body earth by putting a jump lead from the battery - terminal to the engine. Next suspect would be the main + cable from the battery to the alternator (I suspect it's also the starter feed on your car). Check the voltage at the alternator end, it should be around 14v.
Does the battery light go out when you start the car?

battery seems to be ok - it did lose charge while sat on the car for a few months but seems to be ok now fully charged.
yes battery light behaves as it should (so does the rev counter which feeds off the alt).
not sure which pins to check not he alt - will google that now.

I'm a trician dude but got no time to look at mo sorry,as you probably know you should be looking at 12.6 to 13.8v if it's charging, most auto factors will do you an alternator and battery drop test for free,I know road and rally on chesterfield road still do them so maybe that will help you
