I have a MK5 Cortina 1.6 and I'm looking to do the type 9 gearbox conversion. Can anyone point me in the right direction to a thread on what needs doing as I can't afford the downtime that learning as I go would entail. Have had a look but can't find anything. Thanks for the help.  |

Speak to Craig (sheffieldcortinacentre) on here as he will know all you need to know and poss can help you with the bits you need too. I seem to remember you might need a cortina auto gearbox crossmember and prop for example.
