I have an old 28/36 weber that I think came off a Ford crossflow,I also have a proper imp weber manifold,my question is how hard would it be to rejet the weber for the imp? are jets readily available and is it a job for the average spanner wielder (me!) If not where is the best place to get it done and how much (roughly) will it cost? I know what size jets are needed from the imp club.

i think the 28/36 was from a festa, 32/36 was a xflow carb
jets arnt too much bother to change, if i can find my haynes weber manual i will scan you the relevant bits

hold your horses
is it a 28/36 DCD weber? if so it most likely cam from a mk1 cortina GT which ran a 1500 PRE xflow
