Well How suprised was i to find a little Gem like this, After Trawling through thread after thread on MG cars and Google search page results i found out quite alot,
1. Turbo units were produced by moss a while back 2 . To get the best BHP fit Stage 3 Head, Kent Cam, and Mitisu Spyder Turbo unit
Hower the only issue with the above was that of the Moss kit is no longer prodcued and in true British Fassion it was curse word, and Spyder Turbo units over here are hard to come by however i have been told my little Metro Turbo Unit will be good for just off 200BHP which is fine by me but i will have to lower the car unless i want to kill myself, also means my newly fitted sebring skirt has to come off.........curse word
also a family friend over int eh states has also sourced me the Inlet for the turbo to go onto a B-series engine so rock on which hopefuly should be with me on friday of next week. The car should be ready by the middle of next month so a trip to santa will be in mind to see what she can do. Cheers guys for you input and thanks to Poncho J, also mate may be needing some help on setting up but i will let you know closer to the date

If not maybe you could find a set for a car with the same PCD?

I'm a big fan of EBC. Both the (working) cars use vented discs and greenstuff pads (although you might want to go for Yellowstuff for track use). Bit biased as I get it at wholesale though....

They last just fine, but then again I probably don't give my car as much stick as you do: My view is always that, since I can get high performance or better quality parts cheaper than most people can get bog standard ones I might as well have them!

Don't forget to get good quality brake fluid too. People dismiss how this can make any difference but it is quite surprising what a good quality fluid can do for your brakes. I use lorry brake fluid on my cars (even the Imp which is hardly heavy) because it is great quality stuff and doesn't go off in a hurry (would you really want it to when you're driving 44 tonnes of loaded Scania? ;D ;D)

Have you thought about Austin Princess calipers? These were 4-pot jobs I think - popular with the modders, you may have trouble finding a set though! Let us know how she runs - sounds right good fun! ;D

On the subject or Greenstuff pads... I don't rate them at all. I run 280ZX brakes on my 510 and I can fade the greenstuffs as easy as OEM Nissan pads on the track. I would say they are not suitable for track use at all. Bear in mind that I'm using brakes designed for a car considerably heavier than mine! Unfortunately EBC don't appear to do any other grade for 280ZX calipers. Not that it matters though. When I've swapped to the S14 four pot callipers I'm going over to Porterfield pads. Most of the guys racing 510's in the states swear by them so I figure they have to be worth a shot. As for fliud, I now run DOT 5.1 (not synthetic though) and the differnce is massive. I would get almost complete loss of pedal last year at Elvington but after changing the fluid it was fine...just fading pads instead!

Let us know how she runs - sounds right good fun! ;D i have a set of them in my shed.....were gonna go on the capri, but i decided theres no point going to the effort....i warp the standard disks in a couple of days (literally, and three times so far!) so I'm gonna need bigger disks full stop. They are complete, but will need rebuilding to be used.

Any princess/ambassdors have probably rotted away by now

Are you still going EFI route??? I'm off to get a cylinder head in the morning....should have the capri fired up in a week or three.....you can come and have a look at that ECU working, and bring a laptop i can use while your at it mine doesnt have a serial port I think ive got a cossie intercooler coming aswell, just need pipework now....and a dump valve. While I'm here....does anyone know anyone who wants a high compression cylinder head for a pinto??? I think its about 10:1....maybe more, gave loadsa power and the starter struggled with it, so its pretty high. If anyone wants it ask them to make me an offer.
