bought my jetta last year and it didnt even make it home and had to be towed to my work. the engine being fixed right now and should be ready for action. now for the start of the project and all help and ideas needed on making it a one off.   |

Looks good, I've always liked mk1/2 Jettas. Welcome to the forum, it looks like a nice base for some work. What went wrong with it?
It might be worth seeing if this thread can be moved to the Readers Rides section though, this section's more for specific technical questions.

ps i bent the valves so got new head, timing kit, head gaskets, and glow plugs and should be good to go
