Selling my a3 as I now need a diesel for the commute to work - so would be interested in a swap or part ex with a mk4 golf or A3/a4 tdi.
It is a 1998 R reg black, 1.8 turbo with 134k miles. Manual, 3 door. I had the cambelt and water pump done when I bought it - must have been done around the 125k mark. Had regular oil changes. Alloys are not in great condition but tyres are all ok with fair bit of life. Interior is in good condition with original stereo and 6 cd changer in boot.
MOT til 14th June 2012 and tax til end of May 2012. Don't think there were any advisories on the last MOT.
It has a tiny dent on the front drivers wing that hasn't damaged the paint and never bothered me particularly. Been ultra reliable daily for me.
Airbag light came on a few months ago but passed mot.
