Got a bit of mild stretch on my van, 205 14's on 8j steels. /\ /\ /\ This very tyre has a too fast slow and fingers crossed the tyre is repairable as it's got decent tread and will save me the agro of scouring for part worn 205's. I used the last of the acetylene at work to pop it on last time and am now gas less. Now I've heard tell of hair spray being decent and she has some in stock ;D What's your preferred explosive for bang poppery?

Sainsburys Basics hair spray has been used at A52 - seems to work well, but don't use too much of it or it will burn rather than pop.

Cheers dude, just been to the bathroom to check and have found a full can of L'oreal which contains the extremely flammable warning so it looks like we're good to go ;D Thanks for the warning, managed to flame only my hair last time so fingers crossed.

when using hairspray, the cheaper the better- you get more propellant and less sticky stuff, which is what you want. tesco value in the blue and white cans is best(indeed, its almost all propellant!), closely followed by co-op own brand. the more expensive still-own-branded tesco stuff just wouldnt work when i used it the other week, i was putting 175s on some 8s id just done mind
