For sale is my beloved Alan Mann inspired MK1 Escort race/trackday car. Big spec, new Bilstien Tarmac suspension, BIG AP brakes (new). Atlas axle with 4.6 ZF motorsport LSD. Full cage, 5-linked and turreted rear. Fully adjustable front end, rose jointed steering. For sale as either a rolling shell minus the engine and box or will sell complete with the engine. Engine is a 2.3ltr N/A Cosworth built by HART power. Tapered jenvey T/B's and Pectel T2 engine management. Dry sumped. I watched the graft and heartache you put into this as you built it over on OSF.
I still think it ought to have a turbo slung off the side, like all YBs should, but thats a mearly my opinion.
It looks better than awesome and its about as perfect a spec as one could hope for... unless your like Gaz and want a full interior ;D

Here's the vid of it on the rollers: Mk14dr ~ its a proper engine... not one of those laggy 'orrible things. This car was built to go round a track quickly and make all the right noises for a 1969 car! Looks i need to pull the sale anyway as i think i have misssed my boat for this other project i have in mind.  |
