My girlfriend wants to learn to drive, i said i'd build her a car when she passes. She's been telling me what she wants, could anyone shop one together? She wants mk3 cortina, satin black, slammed on green lotus rims. Ill try and find a good starting pic.

I think it has potential, maybe without the rear window vent and a slightly darker green on the rims. Not up to me though , it wont be my car. Things may be taking a new direction though, been offered a 2 door auto mk1 escort and she loves it so that might be hers.

Actually, i agree, the vent looks great ;D Not sure about the spoiler thouhg, i love them on mk2 escorts, but it don't look right on this.

I like it! I'd lose the spoiler and probably be a bit more traditional, with red rims but that looks cool. Quite like the louvre'd rear window too. My girlfriend wants a Mk2 Capri or an e21 BMW, but if I show her this I think she might want a coke-bottle 'tina now! Marina_Rob - For speed I'd probably select all the bodywork, cutting out all the trim bits and all that, then go: Image > Adjustments > Hue / Saturation / Lightness and bring the lightness right down and possibly tweak the saturation. But as with everything on Potatochop, there are many ways to do the same task
