I'm selling my work van as I need a smaller van. I can't fit my van into the rear yard at my garage and the only place I can park is on a single yellow (3tickets this month) so she's got to go, i'm going to be brutal about it as I don't want to muck anyone about on either side...and I'm hopeful potential buyers will do the same please don't send me stupid offers as I don't want to offend as I can break it easily for what I want.
1998 Ford Transit
EX RAC and as such has been well looked after, I did a belt and a water pump on it about 6 months ago aswell as coolant so good for winter
.
Its a 2.5 turbo diesel model plenty of pull.
2ton capacity rather than 1 so great for scrap or heavy jobs!
Single piece back door.
Heavy duty tow bar and working electrics.
Galvanised roof racks.
Rear wash wipe and rear window guard.
Also has central locking, power steering, electric mirrors and a sony cd/mp3 player.
Its also got clear indicators on the front to modern it up. Its had a new passenger mirror back.
Insides clean and tidy dash has usual holes from paraphanelia thats been bolted to it previously. Heater work and gets you warm. Engine sits between n and o on the guage. Surprisingly decent on diesel 28-35 mpg tenner gets me to the far side of donny and back.
MOT'd Until May 2012 Tax runs out end of this month
Chassis wise shes good in fact damn solid on the floors, sills and footwells.
Arches front pass has been replaced drivers has a couple bubbles.
Back arches, Drivers side is crappy but no holes but passenger side is a mess its gone trough and the area around has been hammered out where some dozy bint crunched into it.
Other bad bits bottom of the tailgates rusted through and has tape over it.
