Morning everyone, the unit next door to mine has just become available to rent. It's at a farm location, very secure - land lord lives on site. Unit has power and there is a 'communal' tap outside. Electric roller shutter doors and big enough for at least 3 cars to work on and your kit - it's half the size of mine and we had 7 cars and our stuff in here at one point! It can be used for business use or private - land lord pays business rates on the whole property and we all pay a share - mine is £60 a month. He is looking for £450 rent - be a good unit share - lots of outside space and I'm the proud owner of a recovery truck so could help you shift cars for a bit of beer money!

Has some 20ft storage containers coming soon, great for long term storage or parts storage, trailers etc - £25 a week,

I'd say it's about 40ft by 20ft. Electric roller shutter door, single phase electric. Landlord number is 07802 296087 give him a bell and pop up and take a look. Been up here over a year and its great. Nice and secure no one bothers you..... Tell him Matt gave you his details.

Another one has become available. Good neighbours (me!) single phase electric, electric roller shutter door. Half the size of mine so around 750 square feet at a guess. I have had 8 cars in mine before so should fit 3 or 4 in this one. Loads of outside space too. He's looking for £400 plus electric ( my electric is about £10 a month )
