Google your way over to the Rally Design website and order a catalogue - website isn't always great for finding stuff but ctalogues are free & they list various springs for Cortinas
AFAIK you'll need to know if yours has genuine V6 crossmember fitted or has been converted using a 4 pot one as I think they list them seperately & the V6 ones have a longer open length... You can choose 145 lb or 190 lb per inch with various ride heights if I remember correctly.

Rally design -2" uprated 2.3 springs, can't remember the poundage but they only used to list one for the 2.3. on the car with a the cossie engine in it, new still though so they do drop a bit more over time.

i moved the brown four door on and I got myself a two door MK5 in red with a boa already fitted the weight of the 24V and the auto box is stupid, the car has uprated springs allround as well as spax dampers and its still squatting like a yank muscle car. just need some advice on arch pulling/rolling now so I can get a nice stance with my flat face MO5's any idea's ? the new wheels are 16x7 and et20.

I put Burton ones on mine, although its not a V6. Or maybe try these guys? www.coilsprings.co.uk/They'll make a set at any poundage you like, think was about £150 plus VAT.
