To both of those I give an 8/10 for concept but about a 4 for actual realisation. For the woodie, the styling of the original is a bit odd and the PT is just not big enough to get away with the headlights being set in like that. Also needs something to tie the bonnet into that filler panel down to the grill, or better,a purpose made bonnet. The custom one suffers as I see it from the accessorised custom approach - the more the better, or not actually. Now what would work with all of those doodads is if it was a proper juiced Bomb sitting on the floor with 13" gold wires and narrow bands And it would need a chrome bumper of some sort too.

I appreciate the "differentness" of it, as it breaks up the usual bland sea of Mundanovectratypeheaps on the road, but I personally think it looks ghastly! Saying that lot's of people look at my Skuds and cringe too! ;D

I half-way like it. Don't care for rero-woodie attempts but I think the rest of the idea is alright. Scales off. Other examples from this weekend at the MOPAR Show at C.O.P. At the Beach I prefer when it's NOT over the top Waaaaaayyy to much chrome I think the activity around the PT Cruiser camps indicates it may become a retro favourite like some of ours in the future. IMHO
