I really fell out with the quality on the cheaper one (after beeping at the neighbours with no hands) i bought so i'm ridding that. For the MK1 MR2 I want a decent new bolt on Boss (or full secondhand wheel/boss). Demon Theives want £40 for a Momo, and over £7 for post, just wondering if anyone had any less obvious ideas. not tried Halfrauds yet!

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

That actually sound very reasonable for a well made/cast boss with horn pad etc My Moto Lita one for the Monza was ~£50 and it's well made. I have a Momo one for the Lotus and it's very well made - the Senator has an Astrali one and the quality is nowhere near as good - the casting quality is poor and it's poorly finished. Previously I've had various other Boss Makes for other cars and I'll continue to stick with the Momo/Moto Lita for the future Cheap cast aluminium bosses are a nightmare

Thanks BC, Lesson is truly learnt, Moto Lita is another brand to add to my search. I'll go with this then if nowt else is available.
I'd bag summat off ebay but theres a big demand for MR2/Starlet/Corrola Wheels.
What about new shape Mountney M range bosses, I know they have these at Halfrauds? OMP, sparco if they are available?

Its ok honestly, thats why its listed for 99p up and i think its an honest ad.
Took me ages to find out why theres no contact, realised it was the plastic ridge, cut that down then the cars contact for the outer ring touched the oversized centre. which annoyed me. put the old wheel back on, and realised the alternator was knackered. £119 and temporarily carless for a week later, i couldn't be bothered!!!! my gangly knees are too big so i'm buying a better one, and admit defeat without trying, it is modifyable but i'm not interested in doing it now!
