The colour scheme makes it look like an original '60s Hot Wheels toy, which is a plus point in my eyes. it's only at $9k as well.

Street freaks - to my knowledge are muscle cars (or usually muscle car shapes with small blocks) usually featuring massive rake, big & littles, side pipes, names and logos painted on them, often with spoilers and scoops.
Popular in the 70s gas crunch era in lieu of real gas guzzling performance.
I've seen a feature car from hot rod c. 1974 based on a 1968 Satelitte which was even named "Street Freak" in huge hippy lettering over psychedelic stripes
