How much of a spacer does it need to be?
I can't imagine it'd be hard at all to make if it wasn't very thick (sub 10mm? I can't think of a reason why you'd bother if it was that slim though.
Can you weld to a reasonable standard? Wouldn't be hard to modify your boss so that it's longer/deeper assuming it's a steel one.
Failing that, I reckon the likes of Grunty or Dez could turn something suitable.

Should of rely said how big needs to be around 200mm. The problem with mountney is the PCD is 100mm massive in steering wheels it seems so the ones above wont work omp, momo are 70mm ish thanks chairchild thou ;D what i think i might do thou is get a omp, sparco etc boss for the Volvo 340 get the drift works steering wheel spacer/snap Joby as the steering wheel gets in the way now of getting in/out and then make up a adapter/spacer to take it from 70mm PCD to 100 PCD out off some thick steel should do the jobby nice thanks dudes

or.. Get some thick-walled tubing with the correct centre bore, to tap them out to accept the bolts (M4 from memory?) and chop it into 6 sections, the right length for what you want Get a cheapo "wide" mountney steering wheel, just for the centre. Cut it out, and weld the 6 extension "nuts" to it. Brace the extensions as much as you like. Job done Or do it your way, and buy a new adaptor, then make the adaptors lol

I don't especially like the idea of 6 extensions that long. Would take a lot of bracing with the forces going through the steering column. I'd do it like this. It does away with the collapsable section (if yours has that) but there's nothing to stop you incorpating it in. If I was, I'd put it at the top the extension rather than the bottom.

nice paint skills ben711200 check mine out ;D and thats what I'm thinking but its tight getting in the car now never mind with the steering wheel further out and when it gets a rollcage so ideally it needs to be removable to ease getting in/out, so the plan is to make up two adapter rings see picm that would allow me to run the volvo boss in mountney fitment by using one ring at that end and the other ring at the steering wheel then in the middle i can run a removable spacer from drift works and then maybe another solid spacer if needs be what you think to that

Check Dez' latest for sale thread on here, he has something that may be of use for you. Though I think it's the wrong way around lol.
