Needing some advice or help.
Got a 1.4 mk3 Golf we are doing as a family car come cool car.
It runs great for about the first mile and still after that revs cleanly when stationary, however it seems to hold back when being driven especialy up hill or when you further open the throttle, almost as if it is pulling a trailer over bumps sort of sensation.
I have fitted new plugs, dizzy cap, rotor arm, leads, oil filter, oil, water temp sender, thermostat and housing, and after testing the fault codes a new alternator as it was pushing out 17 volts charge.
Really stuck and can't afford to keep guessing money wise so any ideas or tests really appreciated or any experiences.
Could it be coil or the cat, HELP, please.
