That's fantastic! Love it. I see where you are coming from, it would be a shame to mod something so original. I'd probably be tempted to limit myself to mods that can be returned to standard myself. But at the end of the day, you need to whatever makes the car "yours." Look forward to seeing some interior shots.

Wow, that's really gorgeous. Love the exhaust, really don't love the subway ring, and that blue carpet is a masterpiece!
Lower it, polish the wheels, enjoy it.

Thanks al, 1st non-lowering comment, I'm 50/50 on it tbh, my opinion is some cars are completely ruined by lowering, they just don't look right somehow. But for some lowering makes all the difference an wouldnt look right going back to standard hight. I think I'm happy with how mine sits (i think haha)

time for an update as going to be some work on it in the near future. Not too much has changed over the winter. Fitted electronic ignition as one of the first jobs after purchase which made winter a dream (never failed me) Fitted new western hurricane wheels, had them sand blasted, polished and laquered so have a nice shine. Think thats it other than an electric fan, keep it cooler through summer Winter has shown alot of rust up on the body which I kind of Knew was there but its at the point where its desperate now, so the plans are- 2 new sills needed before test 2 new wings lift engine out (needs partly stripping as its using a tad bit of oil, planning keeping standard though after alot of should I shouldnt I...) too allow for- lots of bodywork and a full respray including engine bay need to make up some carpets as been told the original blue ones are virtually extinct. Think thats it so got alot of work to do but should be ready for the gathering ready for the prize winning stand again
