i was wondering if its possible to fit an alloy with the stud diameter of 5x114 to my merc which is 5x112?

Well fitting spigot rings and wobble bolts would do the job.

yes that would work fine. I put various 5x112 wheels on my 5x114.3 Nissan 300C Estate and drifted on a lot! For a car that weighs 1.7ton, had no centres to the hubs on the back and got THAT MUCH abuse gives me absolute confidence and that wasnt even using wobble bolts. So wobble bolts and spigot rings would be fine as you are only moving the bolt holes 1.15mm either side.

its right on the limits of what wobble bolts will do tbh.
the bigger thing youll need to consider is all japanese 5x114.3 wheels will use m12 studs, yet most mercs are m14 bolts, so youll have to open the bolt holes up to get em to go on.
the spigot should actually be the same size though(67.1mm), so you shouldnt need spigot rings.

I had been looking at wobble bolts and have read that they will fit and that they wont , people with experience of them seam to say that they will so i am probably going to go ahead and buy the wheels and hope i can pull it off  |
