Afternoon, need some advice
I'm going to start making some exhaust pieces up for my mini where the standard items don't fit anymore. One section needs a slight s shape to it, is there a way to do this without a specialist tool? I've used a shovel handle on bodypanels before but this is a bit different! Lol
Thanks

Unless you have the appropriate former and guide you will find that it just folds flat or kinks.
You may get away with packing it with sand and capping the ends, but it'll take some effort to bend it!!
I work with copper mostly but am bending pipes every day. I've tried many 'dodges' in the past but none work, unless it's very thick wall tube

^^^^^ as he said
if you can do the slitting and bending to get the shape, I can do the welding for you if you're stuck

bend the shape in some old brake lines or something, take this to your local exhaust fabricator i'm sure they'll sort you out
